DAY 4

40 Days of Inspiration

I am at the gorgeously peaceful and inspiring, Kripalu  Center, enjoying  Ann Randolph's Writing Workshop, fabulously prepared food, and my pick of yoga classes: life is good.

There are many aspirants and retreatants here for a multitude of reasons. You can feel the intentions of letting go or maximizing headstand coursing through the hallways. We are a bit of a rowdier group, and yet we still go deep. All is not what it seems. What one person needs may be irrelevant for another: the importance is knowing where you need to be and what you need to be doing there.

It can be as simple as a yes, and a smile into the sun. Just listen.

DAY 4:
Are you where you need to be, today?

Look around you for clues that you are following your own path, or notice the road flares that you need to get back on track. Whatever the case, enjoy today's journey.
